Facebook is SHIT!! Dictating what we can post on OUR pages.
I've been a Facebook user since 2007 and have really enjoyed watching how much it's changed, grown and allowed me to be able to connect with family, friends and people I don't know.
I've made some amazing friends from Facebook and reconnected with ones I didn't think I'd connect with again. It can be a great social networking tool...
... BUT, Mark Zuckerberg has also made some really BAD changes to Facebook as well. I am a blogger and writer and up until last night, I was able to post links to my blog for posts I make. Now, suddenly I am unable to do so as it "goes against community standards." AGAINST STANDARDS to post MY blog to MY Facebook page!! I'm not posting it to groups or other people's pages, I'm posting ONLY to my page for whomever wants to read it, can. Well, I'm not "allowed" to do that any more.
Okay Mark, thanks for that. Thanks for controlling what I do on MY personal page and being a dictator. I don't think so. Who are YOU to confine my creativity? Who are YOU to tell me what I can and can't do? I do have FREEDOM to be creative and speak freely so WHY are you dictating to ME what I can and can't post or say on a page you say is MINE? Hummm... something isn't right here.
Was it not bad enough that Mark gave away our privacy for an election? Is it no enough that Mark changes our settings whenever he feels like and makes it so perfect strangers can read and view things we say and or post even though we've made our settings private? Is it not enough Mark can spy on our pages whenever he feels like it? I mean, Facebook IS after all his; right?
It might be "our" pages but he owns Facebook which means ANYTHING and EVERYTHING we post, share and write belongs to his ass. NO THANKS!
I am not letting some snot nosed guy dictate to me what I can and can't say, share, do or post. I've found another social networking site that LOOKS like Facebook, feels like Facebook but is BETTER than Faceshit. So, I've signed up for MEWE and will be on there from now on. I'll be moving ALL of my stuff from Facebook to MEWE. Check it out ...
Like Facebook it's free and you can do almost everything you can do on Facebook EXCEPT have the dictator and play games.
Does anyone else remember when Mark gave us the freedom to be who we are and say what we wanted and post almost anything we wanted; within reason? Those were the good old days.
So no more Facebook for me. As I said, I'll slowly be moving all my stuff from there to MEWE. Trust me, it's a LOT BETTER!! You'll like the freedom and less DRAMA!!
