How I feel today Jan 22 2020

I woke up today with a killer headache. I could feel it in my sinuses and now it's in my temples and top of my head, down my neck, into my shoulders. I can feel my shoulders are tense and tight. It's annoying. I've taken some medication for it but nothing is helping too much. I don't know if it's stress or what.

I feel really drained today. Sluggish, like I don't want to do too much. I've been doing a lot of laundry today, house work, blogs and had some running around to do outside of the house. I don't like to just sit around and not get my shit done.

Maybe my diabetes is acting up, making me feel drained and down. It can do that.
Fatigue is a common symptom of diabetes and can result from high blood sugar levels and other symptoms and complications of the condition. Some lifestyle changes can help a person manage diabetes fatigueFatigue and tiredness are not the same. When a person is tired, they usually feel better after resting.
That's how I feel today.

Maybe it's all the medications I am taking. The doctors have me on so many medications I'm like a walking pharmacy! Maybe that's why I'm feeling tired, drained and like I don't want to do anything and have a headache.

I just want to take a LONG NAP!! But, I can't. My son wants to go swimming for an hour and I have to go to the grocery store to get ground beef to make taco salad tonight. Naps are NOT an option for me most days. Even if my body really wants a nap or needs it, most of the time I can't have one for having so many things to do during the day.

Maybe it's all the stress I've been dealing with that's making me feel this way. I wouldn't doubt it. I mean, I've been dealing with a large amount of stress lately. Maybe it's all of the above.

Update:

I finished all the running around I had to do today, took my son's swimming from 3-4 pm and came home. I fell asleep. I actually got a nap. My head was hurting so much I couldn't help but to fall asleep. I slept through supper and woke up with my head hurting MORE than before. The thing is, this wasn't a headache, it was a head PAIN!! It hurt from the top of my head, behind my ears, in my right eye, in my right jaw and ear to the back of my neck into my shoulders.
My daughter was nice enough to give me a massage, then I took a hot shower, took 2 of my Tylenol's and 2 sinus pain pills. It took forever for anything to start to work on the pain but, it finally went away.

I really hope I don't get this head pain again, it hurt like a BITCH! My sugars were at a 15.5 it might have partly been because of that but I doubt it. I don't know what it was caused by. I can still feel a slight pain in my forehead and back of my neck, not nearly as bad, though.
